Bahir Dar, 18 August 2021 (AMC) Ethiopia and Turkey inked various agreements. Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed who has been to Turkey for an official visit said, the agreements signed between Ethiopia and Turkey will strengthen the bilateral relations between the two countries.
Prime Minister Abiy also appreciated Turkey’s support in Ethiopia’s continued development and stability.
Agreements have been made on various collaborative issues. Among the agreements signed is a bilateral cooperation in military and maritime sectors. The agreement is signed by FDRE Defense Minister Kena Yadeta (Dr) and his Turkish counterpart.
