The government’s call to the people is a moment that leads to the elimination of the terrorist TPLF for good and all – Teshale Nigussie, Head of the Tigray Democratic Party (TDP)
Bahir Dar 15 August, 2021 (AMC)-Head of the Tigray Democratic Party (TDP), Teshale Nigussie, said the terrorist TPLF has ignored the government’s unilateral cease-fire and is still committing atrocities against the people. He said, the attack TPLF is committing on the neighboring regions of Amhara and Afar is shameful.
Teshale said, as a result, the government’s call for a cease-fire is justified and timely and will ultimately lead to the annihilation of the group. The terrorist TPLF is the enemy of the people of Tigray too.
According to Teshale, the group is still torturing the people so as to satisfy its greed of power. He said, as the TPLF’s incursion is targeting defenseless civilians, the cancellation of the cease-fire is a right one, adding that all have to stand by the government, Ethiopian press agency reported.
