Bahir Dar, June 27, 2023 (AMECO) – Haji Ibrahim Tufa, President of the Supreme Council of Ethiopian Islamic Affairs, stated that while Muslims commemorate Eid al-Adha (Arafah), they should do it by establishing peace through togetherness, assisting and supporting the needy.<\/p>\n
Haji Ibrahim has issued a message of congratulations to all Muslims on the occasion of Eid al-Adha (Arafah), 1,444 years of Hijrah. The president, who is in Saudi Arabia for the Hajj ritual, stated that this year’s Hajj journey had the highest number of Ethiopian pilgrims ever.<\/p>\n
