He drew attention to agricultural initiatives established under the government\u2019s <i data-path-to-node=\"6\" data-index-in-node=\"240\">Lemat Tirufat<\/i> (&#8220;Bounty of the Basket&#8221;) development initiative\u2014including horticulture, poultry, livestock breeding, beekeeping and crop cultivation\u2014stating that institutional reform must be measured by productivity and concrete outcomes.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\">Ethiopia currently hosts more than 1.1 million international refugees.
