Shifting from armed conflict to dialogue, he said, represented a vital step towards securing lasting peace for the nation.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10\">Similarly, participant Hailekiros Reda\u2019i warned that the historical absence of dialogue had resulted in tragic losses of life and property.
