Ethiopia and South Korea agreed to further bolster ties in Investment
Bahir Dar, July 3, 2023 (AMECO) According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ethiopia, Ethiopia and South Korea agreed to further bolster ties in the areas of trade, investment and capacity building.
Ethiopian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Dessie Dalkie’s visit to the Governor of Gyeongsangbuk-do Province, Cheol-Woo Lee and<span;> conferred on ways of promoting cooperation between the Province and Ethiopian regions in the investment sector.
Ambassador Dessie told Governor Lee, Ethiopia and South Korea enjoy longstanding diplomatic ties. These ties need to be further strengthened through region-to-region partnership such as this one in the aforementioned areas, the Ambassador added.
Governor Lee, on his part, pledged to explore avenues for further cooperation between the Province and Regions in Ethiopia.
